The International Telecommunication Union Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-14) is thetop policy making body of the ITU. Held every four years, it sets the policy, financial planning and strategic goals of the Union. PP-14 will be convened in Busan, Republic of Korea, from 20 October - 7 November, 2014.

  • PP-14 Elections: Meet the can​didates: One of the duties of the Plenipotentiary Conference is to elect the top management of ITU to lead the work of the Union in the coming four years. ITU invited all candidates to participate in an interview by responding to a set of questions.
  • ​PP-14 Side Events: Open to all participants (including the media). They are designed to give participants an opportunity to engage with leading authorities on key issues of concern across the ICT community.
