It offers ICT enabled extension services including extension information, marketing, business planning and business management services. It also offers smart learning facility for the farmers and small agro-businesses. The service is available over phone, online and mobile apps. Since 2009, the service is operational and recognized by relevant stakeholders as the most persistence service. This involved government, private sector and development agencies while developing & delivering the service.
