Description *
To empowerment citizens and democratize access to public information and services, a new e-gov strategy was put in place under the National Digital Strategy in order to consolidate gov information of 299 gov agencies and 32 states and presented under a new digital communication strategy, that incorporates a highly use of social media; to standardize and increase levels of transactionality, interoperability and accessibility (AA) in more than 3000 gov services available online; to enable citizens participation through public online consultations, forums, surveys and a e-petitions platform which has attended more than 27,000 citizens petitions on line. A m-gov policy under the ICT Policy that validates and ensure the highest standards on mobile applications release by gov entities.
