Education Software Development Project (ESDP) is an innovative method of software developer training aimed at overcoming shortcomings of the modern educational model. ESDP’s participants guided by an experienced software developer take part in a software development process with distinct roles, role rotation and focused on software quality and process organisation. Born as a in-company capacity building method in 2009, over a several iterations ESDP has become an independent methodology of expedited training for junior software developer allowing to increase their proficiency level to match industry standards in a few months.
