Electronic governmen
The project has been implemented since 2008 and is aimed at rising the living standards of citizens and improvement of business climate. Since 2008, the activity of electronic government has helped citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan saving more than 169 million hours. 100 per cent of state and municipal authorities, more than 12,000 officials, and 1.8 mln citizens of the republic have been involved in the process. According to the results of 2016, 83.2 mln services have been rendered in electronic format. 65.2 per cent of citizens use electronic services. The Republic of Tatarstan is ranked first by this criterion in the Russian Federation.
