ICT4BE – KIOKIT TRIAL PROJECT IN SELECTED SCHOOLS OF SOLOMON ISLANDS
ICT4BE_KioKit
ICT4BE project is a funded Asian Development Bank in the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development (MEHRD) of Solomon Islands. One of the objectives of it (the project) is to trial the KioKit in selected schools in the country. Five schools were identified and selected from; Malaita Province: Gwounaoa Community High School and Kilusakwalo Community High School, Guadalcanal Province: Nguvia Community High School and Tamboko Community High School and Central Islands Province: Kalaka Community High School. Trainings on the use of KioKit were done at the MEHRD HQ and the schools. All the schools are currently using the KioKit and monitoring of implementation was mainly done by the ICT4BE Team (external). Schools had been reported to have some positive impacts on teaching and learning of students.
