The General Guidelines for Accessibility to Telecommunications Services for Users with Disabilities are intended to ensure the protection of the rights of users with disabilities and to promote their access to telecommunications and ICT services, on an equal basis as other users. The Guidelines establishes the necessary mechanisms and the specific obligations in charge of dealers and authorized traders in telecommunications services, related to: - Documents with accessibility features. - User Help Centre facilities. - Trained Personnel. Internet websites and portals with accessibility features.
