National ICT Security Discourse (NICTSeD): A CyberSAFE Awareness Challenge for Students
NICTSeD
CyberSecurity Malaysia organized the first National ICT Security Discourse amongst the secondary schools throughout Malaysia in 2013. The discourse was part of the CyberSAFE (Cyber Security Awareness for Everyone) initiatives, a dedicated program developed to raise awareness on the importance of cyber safety and personal information security in Malaysia. CyberSAFE encourages Internet users, to be more responsible and safe in using the Internet and other online applications. The first discourse encouraged open and constructive conversation on cyber safety and security issues, also the development of a fresh perspective on the key issues in the area of cyber safety and security.
