Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs Secure Mobility Service
MDM
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) delivers government services through multiple channels to Saudi Citizens, Residents, Visitors, Corporate and Business, and also Government Agencies around the world. In the old days, these services were available through limited channels were beneficiaries had to presented in the designated location and employees in the head quarter are pinned in their offices all the time with limited mobility options, which created limitations. Outside the head quarter, MoFA operates in a high critical context with employees moving between missions around 120 countries, their mobility is also limited due to the lack of proper technical solution. MOFA has embarked on a long journey to master the application of Enterprise Mobile Management Solution (EMM) to provide secure mobility to its employees increase employees’ productivity.
