DEWA App
DEWA App was introduced to provide sustainable and high-quality smart-services to suit the needs of all Dubai citizens,residents and owners.Also DEWA achieved100% smart transformation in June2014 with an Adoption rate of70.37% recorded in 2016.Our App has been enhanced by enabling new services in addition to new features and improving user experience and journey through different engagement channels including usability labs which resulted in achieving 89.55% in DEWA app Customer Happiness Survey2016, providing reliable end-to-end services available24/7 and scoring a high score in Smart Dubai Government accessibility assessment(2016).
