Ministry of education is seeking to optimize investment in its human resources and give qualified staff the opportunity to apply in leadership roles, to prepare the next generation educational and management leaders capable of developing educational service and reviving education coping with the wide-reaching development march of Saudi Arabia and helping national efforts toward reaching an advanced place amongst world nations.
