Blockchain Hacker watches the presentation of winning projects at the Campus Party 2017, before presenting his own. Blockchain Hack is a project by the National Digital Strategy of Mexico to use new emerging technologies to foster development in Mexico. The winning project, Smart Tenders seeks to generate a contracting system based on Blockchain and the Open Contracting Standard, and introducing citizens as independent evaluators in the evaluation of proposals for a public tender.
