Agreement made on 5 July 2016, by and between the International Telecommunication Union, an intergovernmental organisation and a specialized agency of the United Nations having its Headquarters at Place des Nations, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland, and the Next Generation Mobile Networks (NGMN) Alliance, incorporated and registered in England and Wales as NGMN Ltd. with company number 5932387 and registered office at George Street, Reading, Berkshire, TG1 8LS, UK.
